This is my third stage-3 compression garment and the difference is night and day. The way the fabric is cut really does hug your butt and hips while the waistband snatches everything in without rolling down, even after eight hours at my desk job.
I was skeptical about the “hourglass” claim, but the way this garment hugs my hips while cinching my waist actually delivers the shape I wanted. It’s firm without digging in, even after a full day of wear, and feels sturdy enough for stage 3 recovery.
The waistband nips me in just right, and the way it lifts my butt under a dress actually gives that guitar curve the listing promises. I've worn it six hours straight running errands without it rolling down, which is more than I can say for my old shapewear.
