Take your current measurements and go 2 sizes up , the reason why you go 2 sizes up is because after surgery you will not be snatched you will be very swollen and bruised in many cases so the faja can not be to tight because it will cause a faja burn and discomfort. Usually the stage 1 is used for 5 days because it is very soft( low compression) if you continue use of the stage 1 for more than 5 days you will feel achy , wont be able to walk straight , pain and you will experience alot of swelling .Swelling after lipo is normal but if you compress with a stage 2 the swelling will start to go away, your skin will stick back quicker , you will walk better , and feel better .
