Put on your on under shirt , The lumbar board goes in the the back in the middle by the lower back with pointed part towards the begging of the butt crack ( make sure its in the middle) this board helps prevent retention of fluid in the lower back and adds adequate compression ,Next  pull up your garment so the garment can help the lumbar board stay in place , Then  you will add one lipo foam on each side and one in the middle making sure the foams are even not bulged this will add compression and comfort to lipoed areas  , place the abdominal board in the middle of the stomach this will give you more compression and prevent you from retaining fluid, Last you will hook your garment and your done.
